The purpose of this research is to perform a semiotic analysis using the framework developed by Charles Sanders Pierce. The study aims to explore the denotative and connotative meanings of the signifiers present on ID Hospital's website, specifically in the context of conveying messages related to plastic surgery. The primary focus of the study is to examine different types of signifiers in Male Rhinoplasty page of ID Hospital website, including icons, indexes, and symbols, that are found within images and texts across various sections of the website. The analysis focused on examining various signifiers, such as icons, indexes, and symbols, found in images and texts across different sections of the website. The study objectives are to: (1) describe the signifiers at the ID Hospital's website in communicating the messages of plastic surgery; and (2) explain the meanings of these signifiers in conveying the messages of plastic surgery. A qualitative approach was employed for the study, analysing ten images from the "Male Plastic Surgery" page of the website. The semiotic analysis of ID Hospital's website uncovered the deliberate use of signifiers to effectively communicate messages pertaining to male rhinoplasty. The findings revealed firstly, revealed 13 icons, 12 indexes, and 18 symbols, serving as visual cues to enhance user experience and navigation. Secondly, the website predominantly relies on denotative meanings (19 instances) over connotative meanings (16 instances) in communicating its messages about male rhinoplasty, presenting straightforward information alongside emotional appeals to engage potential patients.
