This study aims to identify antisocial personality disorder and the causes of antisocial personality disorder using the DSM-V (APA, 2013) theory and Black's theory of the characters presented in the main character in the K-Drama It's Okay to Not Be Okay. This study explains: (1) the criteria for antisocial personality disorder that appears in the main character of K-Drama It's Okay to Not Be Okay. (2) the causes that affect antisocial personality disorder in the main character of K-Drama It's Okay to Not Be Okay. Researchers use a qualitative approach as a research method. The data source for this research is the K-Drama It's Okay to Not Be Okay, episode 1 to episode 15. Data collection is done by: (1) downloading the K-Drama It's Okay to Not Be Okay via Telegram. (2) watching K-Dramas It's Okay to Not Be Okay carefully and repeatedly. (3) reading the script of the KDrama It's Okay to Not Be Okay. (4) then understanding the contents of the KDrama. (5) classifying antisocial personality disorder and causes antisocial personality disorder based on the DSM-V (APA, 2013) theory and Black’s theory. As for the data analysis procedure by means of (1) analyzing the data. (2) making a discussion. (3) drawing conclusion. This study shows that antisocial personality disorder is represented in the main character in the K-Drama It's Okay To Not be Okay and causes that influence antisocial personality disorder by fulfilling all the criteria from the DSM-V (APA, 2013) theory and Black's theory. Although not all indicators on the criteria and causes of antisocial personality disorder appear in every episode, there are at least 2 indicators that appear in each episode. Of all the criteria and causes of antisocial personality disorder, impulsivity and childhood trauma are the ones that are often presented.
