Abstract

Queue services for BPJS patients at RSUD Dr. Soetomo is no stranger to patients and their families seeking treatment at an outpatient facility. Even though they operate secretly, many use their services. Dr. Soetomo has provided an Independent Registration Pavilion (APMI) but on the other hand, there are things that prevent patients and their families from using the device for various reasons. For example, the distance is quite far from RSUD Dr. Soetomo so they had to come in the middle of the night just to queue. Or also because the destination poly is not in an outpatient installation so they can't register online. The long-term goal of this research is to add to the treasures of research in the field of marketing, especially those concerning Word of Mouth. The research method in this research is qualitative research. This study is limited to patients who use BPJS facilities in outpatient installations. Suggestions for further research to explore the word of mouth variable by adding other variables and seeking another research objects. The expected implication is that there is a solution to reduce BPJS ticket queues at referral hospitals.
