Literary works that are fiction and literary works that are non-fiction. Fictional literary works in the form of novels, short stories, essays, and folklore. Whereas non-fiction literary works in the form of poetry, drama and songs.It’s of these works has a soul of its own be it in a poetry or in a novel.This study tries to analyze the dynamics of personality in novel Tuhan Izinkan aku Menjadi Pelacur.This analysis uses the theory of Sigmund Freud.The result showed that the character of Nidah Kirani experienced several condition of personality dynamics, i.e : (1) Nidah kirani experiences a lot of anxiety because of threats from outside as well as threats from within herself that originate from her own instinct (2) Nidah also several times want to make suicide attempts or surrender to death that will pick up this shows that the death instinct in us also appears several times.The writer then found that what was experienced by this Nidah character fulfilled the concept of personality dynamics put forward by Freud.Another result found by the researchers was that although Nidah bring up death instinct in several times but she also appeared to bring up a life instinct marked by several times having seks as a need she wanted to fulfill.Although Nidah often follows the encouragement of the id,but in the end she continues her life even though with a different way of life from her previous life.
