Abstract

Human resources plays a very important in a company because man is drivingand deciding the course of the organization. Today's business world demands highperformance employees for the development of the company. One of the efforts made by the company is to improve the quality aspects ofcommunication to facilitate thecourse of business. Financial compensation also needs to be considered foremploymentencouragement so that increasedemployee performance. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the influence of the quality of communication andfinancial compensation to employee performance at UD. AMIN JAYA Surabaya.Quantitative research and data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 74 people. which is Random Sampling Based on the results of the F test,the quality of communication and financial compensation simultaneously significanteffect on employee performance UD. Amin Jaya. t test results, financialcompensation partial effect on employee performance UD. Amin Jaya. And while thequality of communication is not partial effect on employee performance UD.AminJaya.
