Abstract

The function of the kitchen can be optimized, apart from being a place to prepare family meals, as well as a means of kitchen interaction, apart from being ergonomic, it must also be interactive, so that people who are cooking can be comfortable For that we need a new kitchen concept that is efficient when on the move, as well as a module system to adapt to conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the product design concept based on the categories used to design a multifunctional kitchen set based on ergonomics and to find out which products are designed to add economic value to the product. The method used is Kansei Engineering, which is a method that defines consumer desires based on the image or image of the consumer through kansei words into product design. Then conjoint analysis is used to obtain the value of the relationship between the design element and the kansei word.
