Abstract

Workstation use in a work system is needed to help the work done by human beings. In the industrial world that consider time in the work will be useful in the improvement of labor productivity, the quality of the products, and work efficiency. The purpose of this study namely Plan, Identify and analyze customer needs will need to Workstations Workstations produce products according to the plan be made. this study to find out the level of attribute importance to know the needs of consumers as well as consumers' satisfaction Workstation available. Determination of the level of priority sequence needs of consumers on the attributes table procedure works only from the recommended use method QFD (Quality Function Deployment). The results of this study that is to conclude that there is less ergonomic workstation that because there are a number of complaints from consumers against the old Workstation. Method QFD (Quality Function Deployment) to provide recommendations for technical requirements of the table that is, variations of the table, the table size, layout design features, variants with additional features, size box, box design, design footrest, a measure of parking monitor, shape of put monitor, measure of parking lights, additional variations of the table, type of table, the size of a small drawer or cupboard, drawer or closet design small, wheel size, color table. The end result of this research is to produce appropriate plans.
