Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of e-performance which consists of work supervision (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Department Of Population And Civil Registration simultaneously and partially. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were employees of the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Service with sampling by using purposive sampling because the e-performance system was only applied specifically to Civil Servants, therefore this study took all of the Surabaya PNS Dispendukcapil samples which amounted to 55 employees. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression using a significance limit of 0.05. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of eperformance consisting of work supervision (X1) on the performance of the Surabaya City Dispendukcapil civil servants as evidenced by the results of t count (12,525)> t table (2,007) with a significance of 0,000. This means that eperformance consisting of work supervision (X1) positively affects the performance of Dinpendukcapil employees in Surabaya. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of e-performance consisting of work motivation (X2) on the performance of Surabaya Dispendukcapil employees as evidenced by the results of the t-test (3.185)> t table (2.007) with a significance of 0.002. This means that e-performance consisting of work motivation (X2) positively affects the performance of Dinpendukcapil employees in Surabaya. (3) there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously e-performance which consists of work supervision (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on the performance of Surabaya City Dispendukcapil employees, as evidenced by the results of the calculated F test (197,618)> F table (3,15 ) and the significance of 0,000, which means that eperformance consisting of work supervision (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) jointly affects the performance of Dispendukcapil employees in Surabaya.
